Important Information
- Authors/Presenters will be required to pay their
full registration fees by May 15, 2010 (extended deadline); failure to register
by May 15, 2010 will result in removal from the proceedings
and the technical program.
- Presenters with multiple submissions need only register once.
- Prices (in CDN funds).
REGISTRATION FEES
Delegate registration fees include admission the the
technical sessions, access to the trade show, and coffee
breaks during the conference. Social tickets must be
reserved and are on a first come first served basis.
Additional fees may apply for social tickets depending on
your registration category.

CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES
All registrations and fees must be received by September 3rd, otherwise, they will be processed on-site.
Written notice of cancellation must
be sent to the conference registration postmarked no later
than September 3rd, 2010. A $100 processing fee will be
charged for all refund requests.
No refunds will be issued as of September 3rd, 2010.
Goods and ServicesTax (GST) - The Canadian Goods and
ServicesTax (GST) is applicable to all goods and services
purchased while in Canada.
For non-resident visitors, a GST refund brochure is
available online at
http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/visitors/.
VISA INQUIRIES
For international travelers, we recommend that you inquire about VISA information at the Government of Canada website:
www.cic.gc.ca. Those requiring a VISA should make the request as soon as they can.
Upon specific request, MetSoc will send a letter of Confirmation to the authors of papers, presenters of posters and to persons, who wish to attend COM 2010. Prerequisite for it is the prior payment of the Conference registration fee. We do not send letters to embassies or consulates.
