the World that can recycle any size or type of lithium primary battery. Toxco Inc has since grown and developed
recycling solutions for most batteries and portable electronics, today recycling usable materials from not only
lithium, but also; nickel cadmium, nickel metal-hydride, lead, mercury and most other batteries. Lead and nickel
based batteries are processed at either Toxco’s California or Ohio facility.
Toxco Inc has been at the forefront
of recycling hybrid electric vehicle batteries. Toxco Inc’s operations in the US are currently recycling NiMH
batteries. The next generation of hybrid batteries will be lithium based and Toxco Inc is working with a number
of companies already including Nissan, Toyota, Honda, GM, JCI, Compact Power and Telsa. Toxco’s Trail facility

technology and the development of novel process designs for the treatment of nickel, copper and copper-gold concentrates.
CESL’s processes treat a wide range of concentrates in an environmentally sound manner, including those which are
challenged by low-grades and contained deleterious elements. The CESL processes are potentially attractive options
for some ore bodies.
CESL’s proprietary processes are developed and advanced at the combined pilot and demonstration plant facility in Richmond, British Columbia.
Operating campaigns are carried out on a 24 hour basis, generally seven days per week. Extensive data is collected to ensure optimal
operations are achieved and maximize confidence in future engineering studies.
