This celebration is not only to recognize the work of the past 50 years but to inspire the new generation with passion for the industry and the world.
We want to pass the torch to new students and look towards the next 50 years.
Join us on Monday night, October 3rd at the historic Windsor Train Station for an evening of sharing past memories and celebrating the future. The evening will feature a number of presentations:
- Honouring the Past Presidents
- Passing the Torch to a new generation members
- Entertainment by Geneviรจve Charest
- Interactive magic with Alain Choquette, performer & comedian.
Gala Location History: Windsor Station
The gala evening will take place offsite of the hotel at the historic landmark of the Windsor Train Station. Delegates and guests will be able to walk to the event from the Hilton Bonaventure hotel.
Windsor Station is a late 19th-century, stone railway terminal and Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) head office built in the Romanesque Revival style. Windsor station was endangered of being torn down in the 1970s so that Canandian Pacific can build a new skyscraper office tower. The project was rejected when the Windsor station was saved by a historical society of Montreal.
