Call for Posters is CLOSED

The Poster Session will take place on Monday, August 16th.  Poster paper presentations provide an excellent opportunity for learning
about current research projects, encourage interactive discussion and showcase the work of researchers and graduate students.

Schedule (Poster Session will take place at the Sheraton Cavalier Hotel)

Monday, August 16 - 07:00-11:00 Poster set-up by presenter
Monday, August 16 - 17:30-18:30 Poster judging for students
Monday, August 16 - 19:00-20:00 Poster tear down by presenter

Student Prizes

One poster prize will be awarded to the best Student Poster.

Poster Instructions for all

Every author should be aware of the following recommendations before preparing their posters:

• Poster size - Maximum 90 X 120cm (3ft wide X 4ft tall). You will share your board with another presenter.

• Readability - Background and font colors have to be chosen in order to get enough contrast and be
  easily legible from a distance of three feet.

• Set-up - The poster presentation will be held on Monday August 16th.  Participants will be asked to set-up
  their poster before 8am.

• Attendance - Presenters should be present at their poster during viewing time for conference delegates

• The authors name and address, the title of the the paper and his/her student status should be described
  on the top section of the Poster.

• Material for attaching the posters and illustrations will be supplied by the organizers.

Judging Criteria - Criteria will consist of :

• Technical Content - background, procedure, analysis and discussion of result, conclusions (valid and supported).

• Appearance - overall layout, clarity, legibility and amount of text, quality of illustrations, graphs and micrographs.

• Oral Presentation - organization, clarity, timing.
