2. EVENT LEVEL SPONSORSHIP

• The Conference Welcoming Reception will give delegates the opportunity to meet their peers during cocktails.  Delegates will be entitled to one complimentary drink.
  
  Day: Sunday, August 24
  Time: 5:00 to 7:00 pm
  Cost: Exclusive $5,000.
  

• The main Awards Banquet of the Metallurgical Society of CIM and the presentation of the 2008 awards.
  
  Day: Tuesday, August 26
  Time: 7:00-22:00 pm
  Cost: Exclusive $8,000.

• Each day delegates can visit the room to peruse and purchase books, rehearse their presentations and use internet services.
  
  Day: Sunday to Wednesday
  Time: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
  Non-exclusive cost: $5,000 for 4 days.
  

  All delegates will be given a conference bag when they register. The COM 2008 logo and the sponsor’s logo will be printed on them.
  Cost: Exclusive $10,000.

• The sponsor will have the opportunity to sponsor a reception where industry, academic and government representatives can meet students
  
  Day: Monday, August 25
  Time: 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm
  Exclusive cost: $1,000.

• Each morning, the conference presenters for that day, key contributors to our industry, will gather for a full breakfast and briefing from the Technical Committee.
  Non-exclusive cost: $2,000 per breakfast.
