35 people. You are required to be a conference delegate to attend the industrial tours. Please bring photo identification and wear your badge.
Any required safety equipment will be provided, but be sure
to wear appropriate footwear (closed toe). |

Due to the on-going strike at Vale Inco, we have made an alternative itinerary with the help of Vale Inco.
Regretfully we will not be able to view the refinery in Port Colborne however we have arranged a visit of the
Vale Inco Technical Services facility and a presentation with a Port Colborne representative onsite.
Your travel itinerary will not differ and we apologize for this inconvenience. We thank you for your understanding.
Wednesday, August 26
Pick up at Laurentian University (box sandwich dinner provided)
Bring your luggage with you to Laurentian University in the morning.
18:00 - The bus pick up will be at the Fraser Auditorium Foyer (same as shuttle bus).
23:00 - Arrival at Holiday Inn in Oakville,ON (590 Argus Road)
Thursday, August 27th
8:00 - Hot buffet breakfast at Hotel
9:00 - Check out and departure from Holiday Inn to Vineland (67 km)
10:15 - Arrival for Vineland tour, Vineland Estates, 3620 Moyer Road, Vineland, ON, L0R 2C0
11:15 - End tour - depart for Vale Inco Technical Services, 2101 Hadwen Road, Mississauga, ON, L5K 2L3
12:15 - Arrival at VITSL and lunch
13:00 - Facility tour and presentation from Port Colborne Refinery representative
14:30 - End of tour, depart for Toronto International Airport
15:15 - Approximate arrival at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, Pearson Airport
