Applied Mineralogy and microscopy are extremely valuable techniques that can be used to design plants, optimize existing operations, or improve process knowledge. This symposium will focus on how these techniques have been used in mining and metallurgical applications. We expect to cover a wide range of analytical tools and procedures. Join us to learn more about recent advances in these areas.

The Proceedings of the Applied Mineralogy Symposium will be published in book form and will be available for sale at the meeting for $120. Both the symposium and its proceedings will be in English. All papers will be refereed and edited prior to final acceptance and publication.
