Authors/Presenters at COM 2011
Paper presenters will be required to pay their full registration fees by June 1, 2011; failure to register by June 15, 2011 (extended deadline) will result in removal from the proceedings and the technical program. Presenters with multiple submissions need only register once.
Poster presenters (students only) have until August 3rd to register.

- Full access to the technical sessions.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy
- Changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to MetSoc either by email or fax by September 3, 2011.
- Cancellations received in writing by September 3rd, will be subject to a $100 processing fee. As of September 3rd, no refunds will be given. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, Visa refusal, etc.
- Substitutions must be submitted in writing by the original registrant by September 3, 2011. After September 3, the substitute must bring a letter from the original registrant to be processed onsite at the Hilton Bonaventure Hotel.
