COM 2011 will be a unique opportunity to explore technological, scientific and strategic trends. Among the numerous attendees, there will be industry executives, representatives of universities and research institutes, design engineers, plant operators, as well as metallurgical, environmental and health experts from all over the world.
The Organizing Committee are inviting the submission of papers on any of the below themes:

Note to all submitters:
- All presenters/authors are expected to register for the conference. Presenters/authors with multiple submissions need only pre-register once.
- All presenters/authors must submit a manuscript unless otherwise requested (excluding Poster session; Managing Through Recession authors are required to submit a power point by August 1)
- Prices are not confirmed yet and will be confirmed in 2011. Prices may vary between $800-950 per registration for authors/presenters.
- All papers will be reviewed and edited by a technical committee prior to their final approval for publication.
Important Dates
- April 15, 2011: EXTENDED deadline for submission of abstracts
- February 15 through March 15, 2011: Authors will receive notification of acceptance or regret.
- April 30, 2011: Deadline for submitting papers for editing.
