Authors are invited to submit an abstract of their paper for COM 2004 by the extended deadline of January 31, 2004. Sufficient details to permit a thorough review and evaluation of the paper's eligibility must be provided. Please send the symposium organizer:

Final acceptance of papers will be confirmed by January 31, 2004. Camera-ready version of the papers are due for March 31, 2004.
